Static IP address on EE Account how??

Hi I would like to have my Video Surveillance system available on my phone when I am away from home however EE say this cannot be achieved, end of story.

I'm wondering if Plusnet can help I am in a new 2 year contract with EE.

Hi Peter,

Sorry to hear of the problems you're having.

We'd be able to offer you a Static IP address for a one-off fee of £5, but you'd need a broadband account with Plusnet.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
