New customer here - come on, do me proud.
I ordered a static IP bolt-on but it is still yet to become active - despite several router restarts.
This has been raised as a support ticket 1 week ago, and it was passed to the "Network Team.
Please can you check the static IP, comes up with a conflict.
I've chased once, to be told it's with them, but they're busy.
There's been no update on the ticket.
Is there anybody who can advise what's happening, current ticket resolution times or even just a helpful update - other that they're busy.
