Sorry about the hacked site

I just found out that a disused joomla install on my home ccgi account got hacked. I've removed it completely to be on the safe side not taking chances on backdoors in php code, though the hack doesn't look particularly well embedded just an encoded blob injected into index.php

I hope nothing else is affected. The perl scripts appear untouched.
