Slow response from megasql servers causing slow webspace?

Hi @Gandalf

More problems this morning, logged in and the banner came up that the support team had answered my question even though I had not had an email to confirm. However when I went to view the answer it said awaiting team response. Then I went to look at my billing, I have attached the screen shot for you, comments would be appreciated.

Thanks for providing that additional info.

I can see earlier in the thread that you've advised that you only use one browser (Firefox) which is absolutely your call to make.

Just for testing purposes though, would you mind running this through IE (or Edge) and Chrome to see if this produces different results?

As requested just tried it through Microsoft Edge and it does exactly the same but takes and 7 seconds longer than Firefox
