Thank you, I will most probably be joining end of the week Can anyone tell me what there pings are like in game as that was the deal breaker to renew with Virgin, constantly going from 30 to spiking to 200 then back to 30 then 100 etc

I think latency can be affected by various factors. For example, if you're connecting over WiFi or via Ethernet, or if there's a problem with the phone line/exchange/cabinet.

From personal experience, I play MMO's quite a bit on my ~46mbps Plusnet connection and don't experience latency problems on my wireless laptop or wired Mac.

Worth noting that as staff we don't get any different service than our customers do.

On my 80/20 my average Ping BF4 is 23

The red line in the graph is my ping times to ntp.plus.net which shows there is little latency in their network

Ignore the upload speeds on the above graph as Windows 10 seems to screw it up by blocking the upload, a reinstall of Windows fixes it temporarily...
