Server Side Includes

Hi,
I am trying to include ssi on my website, however i been told by plus net support that it IS techincally possible but htey dont not usuaylly provide that kind of support??? and that they would not be able to assist me?
All i want to do is use <!--#include virtual="xxxx.inc"--> to embed html files.
Can anyone help me please?

First the extension must be changed to .shtml or the web server will not know to look for SSI includes. Try that first. If it still does not work then there are several threads on the old PlusNet forums on how to set things up - just look for SSI
