Sending a message to PN?
How do you do this? Just had a return email from Head of Customer Service saying that they don't do email, but I can send a message through the PN website. Can't see how though?

They might mean the chat service: Start with "Contact us" from the main website (you would need to turn off ad-blockers etc.) . Alternatively, try following the links from "Complaints code of practice" at the bottom of most web pages.
