Scam email from Plusnet addresses ?

In recent days, I've had two dodgy emails.

The first I simply deleted after checking the Source

The second contained a zipped attachment.  The zipfile contained only an internet link.  I didn't check the URL, I just deleted it.

The Source said the emails were from

avasin19.plus.net
avasin17.plus.net

@plusnet - please investigate / sort out

Those servers receive email messages sent from elsewhere and direct them to your inbox. They don't originate messages. So where did they really come from? Only the full headers can show that.

I've been trying to send the latest suspect email to abuse@plus.net but it doesn't work.

It simply won't sent or bounces back denending whether I attach or forward ...

"Reason: A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error. ** The remote server ?? responded with: ** abuse@plus.net ??:?? This message was created automatically by mail delivery software on the server ."

The abuse@plus.net inbox is now back up and running so if you could send any further examples across that would be great. Similarly, if you get any more emails bounced back, just let me know and I'll ensure its investigated as a priority.
