Safeguard blocks my company website - who controls their whitelist?

Hi everyone. I've just discovered that Safeguard blocks my business website. It seems to think it is 'tasteless', which is highly amusing to my content editor, but not so much to me as the business owner!

www.countryline.tv

We a country music website and run all across the world with zero content that requires any kind of parental guidance.

Safeguard must have a way to whitelist sites - does anyone know how to get a site added?

More to the point, I would ask what (if any) content rating has your company declared the website to contain?

Looking at the headers for the site, it has totally failed to explicitly declare its content rating - see meta name = rating | How do I use the metatag Rating? (metatags.org)

I've just received a response back from our Products Team to say this problem's in hand with the relevant team.

Unfortunately I don't have an estimated timeframe on the investigation, but I've asked for one and I'll continue to monitor and provide an update as soon as I know more.
