Who do I need to contact to get the filter removed?

Not sure if any of the PlusNet customer service team read these posts/are actually able to help, but after several private message exchanges, attempts to click links like in this post that merely show a message saying "This service is currently unavailable " on multiple occasions, attempts to contact via online chat AND being on hold for 40 minutes and not getting through to customer services/help team, I'm STILL unable to disable the Safegaurd feature.
can ANYBODY help?
