Safeguard Not Working

Hi, I've been told by a CSR, via web-chat, that Safeguard isn't working, with no expected fix date? Can anyone with anymore information help me please?

Wouldn't it be a good idea to indicate that it isn't working on the splash page of the website? Might save time for people like me and you.

HI

I recently turned on safeguard and have been unable to get it to work.  Having just found this conversation please can you confirm if this product is working?  

Surely if not this would need to be resolved asap given customers who are currently using this are not aware that it is down potentially resulting in children accessing inappropriate content?

I am sorry that you are been affected by this issue and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I can see we are rolling out a fix on this issue currently, however, it's still been monitored.

 

For now if this issue is still apparent for you, please use an alternative safeguard program.
