I run a GIT server on my network. My router forwards HTTP from my username.plus.com address to my server successfully. I want to access it using HTTPS, which requires an SSL certificate.
I've applied for one, but the certification authority requires permission from the domain holder - PlusNet. The CA has sent a request to PlusNet, but no response.
Any idea how I should follow up the request?

Hi there,
It's not possible to do what you're looking to achieve that way I'm afraid, it's because rather than usename.plus.com being the domain in question that would need to grant permission the domain in question is plus.com and we'd not be able to give permission for that as you might guess we rely heavily on that domain for our own purposes too.
It's not the end of the road for you though you'd just need to register your own domain, unless that is you already have one that you could use for that purpose.
Adam
