Reward card - staff help needed

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inquire a reward card which is suppose to be shipped on Nov. 2nd but has not yet arrived. My Plusnet ID is [Removed]. Could you please look into this issue and help me out? Thank you. 
 
I tried to e-mail Plusnet@purecard.com but always received returned mail and invalid address notice.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your reward card.

I have escalated this issue to our Marketing Team for further investigation and created a ticket on your account for monitoring purposes as you are yet to receive the reward card. We expect them to reply to the email within 5 working days however, this is usually sooner.
