Reward card activation issues

Hi all, Successfully activated reward card (received email confirming activation) but no text received to my phone and no way to complete this part of activation. Cannot log in to card account - keeps taking me back to phone message page. No idea if I maybe entered phone number incorrectly, as it won't allow me to move back from phone activation page.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to see you're having issues activating your reward card.

Could you try calling Pure Card on 0344 800 6435 and/or email at info@purecard.com?
