Reward Card

I'm sure this has been plenty of time before, but I have recently signed up to Plusnet with the offer of a Reward Card. Having read previous comments, how long does it take to recieve an email to apply for the card after you have have gone live?

HI @Northeagle, thanks for getting in touch 

Within 10 working days of active service an email should be sent to yourself with details on how to claim the reward. Once you've received the email and filled in the requested details the reward would then be sent via the post within 30 days

Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi. I still haven't recieved an email for my reward card. How do I go about getting this as it's been nearly 2 weeks.

So I'm guessing from the lack of response I will probably be better off contacting Plusnet directly then?

Just a thought, but have you checked your spam folder for the email?

My Internet went live on the 10th of March and I received my email seven days later on the 17th.
