@Nothgiel  Welcome to the forum.

The standard Plusnet offering is a dynamic IP address, which uses a generic Plusnet DNS name.

However if you go to your account and pay £5 for a fixed IP address then that can be set to identify you. See. https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Static-IP/m-p/1656901#M21991

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have paid the £5 for a static I.P. address and would like to add a reverse DNS to link to my Domain. Do you have any idea who I can ask to set this up for me?

Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will come along and pick this up for you.

It might be possible if you ring in but you may be stretching the knowledge of some of the sgents.
