Reverse DNS

I raised a ticket with plusnet some time ago asking for an rDNS record pointing my domain to  my static IP with no response.

I don't know if there is anywhere on the website where it can be done via  webform but I haven't found one.

This is just an appeal really for plusnet to please action my ticket which has been sitting ignored for some time.

When I contact commercial providers for the same thing it usually takes about ten minutes. It shouldn't be this hard.

Bump. Anybody? Nothing on the ticket. Nothing in here.  Sigh. 

It's just rDNS people. Not rocket science, brain surgery or landing a man on mars.

And another bump. Still nothing.  I've opened another ticket.  

I've decided I'm gonna open a new ticket a day until someone from Plusnet bothers to answer me.

I don't think that approach is going to help anybody.
I'm not back 'in the office' until next week, but if you drop me a private message then I'll see if I can nudge somebody and get it sorted.

You'll need to wait overnight for the DNS refresh scripts to do their thing.
