Reverse DNS

I moved to PlusNet just over two weeks ago on the basis that they can setup rDNS for my mail server... Two weeks after submitting the request for rDNS and chasing support numerous times I have still heard nothing and the request has not been fulfilled.

When I have had other companies setup rDNS at work, 10 minutes after calling I receive confirmation that it's been added and that the propagation may be the only delay... PlusNet however, have given me nothing in two weeks.

All should be working as expected now, I've checked the rDNS for your IP and this is returning as what was requested

Thanks for sorting that Paul... Sorry to be a pain, would it be possible to change it to exchange. rather than mail.

I've had to change the Exchange version and so had to use a different name to avoid conflicts on my network.
