Hi, i have tried on the phone to support a couple of times to get my rDNS changed, but they do not know what im asking for.

I have had a static DNS for a few years now and want the reverse dns changed to a host on my domain.

Are you able to help with this?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to hear that other agents on the phone haven't managed to get this sorted for you. I've just raised a ticket on the account asking you to confirm both the domain name, and to confirm that you've configured the A record on your domain to the static IP on the account. 

Give me a nudge on here once you've responded to the ticket and I'll be more than happy to get a task raised with our NetOps Team.
