Joined PlusNet a while back - Had a few rDNS (PTR) records set on my static IP block.
Due to changes of the company, we need these changed - I logged the original request through the "support wizard" once I logged into my account, but it appears the magic wizard has gone!
Could someone contact me regarding this please - I'd rather not post my live static IP's and rDNS records on a public forum if possible.
