Reverse DNS Change

It seems my account has suddenly been assigned a static IP address even though I didn't ask for one.

Not too fussed about this but please could the reverse DNS be changed so it doesn't show my account username.

Static IP's can be added onto the account for numerous reasons. Please can you confirm whether you'd like me to set your rDNS to the IP address on the account?

How long does roughly take for it to update?

I've just checked and it's still showing my username.

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours, give us a shout tomorrow evening if it's still not updated and I'll be happy to re-raise this.
