Returning a router

My contract with Plusnet ended today.
How can I return the router please?  I have read some post about this and the customer gets sent a returns label?

Please can someone form Plusnet send me one too?

Thank you

Re: Returning a router

Hi @gust

Thank you for getting in touch.

I have ordered a returns bag to your address, which should arrive within 3 - 5 days.

If there is anything else I can assist you with please let me know.

Re: Returning a router

I thought the router belonged to the customer once the contract had expired, i.e. one of the reasons for being in a contract was to enable PN to recover the cost of the 'free' router, and the reason why another 'free' router is only supplied if you agree to enter into another contract?

Re: Returning a router

That's correct, but the OP asked to return the router and the Help Team are facilitating that.

Has the OP not heard of Ebay? Laugh
