I have just cancelled my Plusnet account, could you please let me know where to return my router, and whether it will be reused or recycled.

We can either send you a free returns bag, or alternatively you can take it to your nearest WEEE recycling centre who will be able to do this for you. I've included a link here which will tell your nearest one https://www.recycle-more.co.uk/weee-collections
