Response to Ticket (ID: 113435875) on Madasafish re: domain transfer

Hi all
I put this post on this forum as there seem to be other posts here on related subjets, namely transferring my domain away from madasafish.
I raised a ticket on the madasafish support website yesterday at noon and as of yet have had no response. Does anyone know how long they might take to start looking at the query?

No, I'm afraid not.

I have tried all possible email addresses that I can think could have been used with nominet and none of them have resulted in an email arriving in my inbox(es)
I'll wait til I get confirmation that the nominet details have been updated and then try again.
