Redirecting DNS to CCGI

Hello,
I have read the guides on doing this
https://portal.plus.net/central/forums/viewtopic.php?t=52576
and many threads etc..
I did what everything told me to do.  Raised a ticket with PN for the changes.
But now it seems when I go to my website.  www.domain.co.uk it sends me to www.plus.net
Anyone got an idea if this is a mess up on my part or Plus?  I have raised a ticket but need this resolving asap as the forums on my website are in use.

Re: Redirecting DNS to CCGI

Well my ticket was updated at 4am saying there was a problem with the configuration and it should be sorted.  But could be four hours before the changes take effect.
5 hours later updated ticket as it still wasnt resolved.
9 hours later I updated it again.

Re: Redirecting DNS to CCGI

Hehe, well that's odd. Can't see any problems with the domain records and a DIG shows the correct information. I've passed it up to networks, hopefully they'll find the problem and fix it.

Re: Redirecting DNS to CCGI

This is really confusing Huh
All the relevant domain records are present and a dig using a third party caching DNS server shows that your domain should be resolving to the CGI servers.
I shall try and chase things up this morning.
Edit: I've updated your ticket. We've found a problem with the directory mapping on the CGI servers that's been causing all the troubles we've been having trying to get your domain pointed correctly. The fix is currently undergoing change control and should hopefully be rolled out within the next day or two.
