Hi,

 

I registered a question reference 185311487 on Thursday morning last week to request for my rDNS to be changed.

After phoning back, I was told it would take 72 hours, but still nothing.

 

Please can you update my rDNS to the domain in the question ref. above.

Hi Matthew,

 

Thanks for helping out.

 

I see your response and it definitely resolves to the correct IP. It's a subdomain though, but still resolves correctly.

 

Please can you check it again and check my response with the screenshot from a 3rd party.

@peterbr,

 

When we try and add the rDNS for you it fails because, while the records are on nslookup, it doesn't look built properly. Please can you remove the A record and re-add it so we can retry.

I have just updated to an A name record. It was a cname.

The A record is updated.
