Rant time

First I get a ridiculous bill wherein they assessed the last few days of an offer at a lot more than a whole year of the offer, phone help was useless and then when I posted for help on here (usually very successful) mine was one of the threads not responded to by staff. To cap it all, I've tried to ring retentions only to be told it's not possible to connect me. Perhaps someone's having a late lunch as it sounds like a home line.

Try selecting the "I'm thinking of leaving" option, it can get quicker responses?


Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I can see my colleague @Gandalf got in touch on  your other thread regarding the pricing of your agreement with us. I am sorry for the trouble you had getting in touch with our team over the phone but I'm glad to see the issue is resolved.
