Questions closed in error

I have two Question IDs that I closed in error (#207616471 and #207510057) both of which were in progress.  How do I get these reinstated and back to being active?

I have re-opened your ongoing complaint ticket however I can see you have since commented on a new ticket, this is currently with the Faults Team and they will come back to you to investigate further.
