Publishing to newly created PAYH

My account has been created on the Plesk Payh and i have also set my password etc on the FTF login  creation etc.
I have tried to publish using FTP from Microsoft Expression Web2    ....
My publishing option box under Remote Website Properties  are.........
1. Remote website location   
2. FTP Directory
and also 3  a tick box for USE Passive FTP 

Can anyone advise what goes in these respective boxes please.
I have not previoulsy published via FTP
