Problems with hosting.plus.net

The CCGI linked website is reporting an error message: 'Please note that IP addresses associated with your domain are currently not in our system. Due to this application is not available.'

When visiting a file in my cgi-bin directory, I get, 'Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]'

When using FileZilla, I find the visible directories are unreachable... therefore, I'm unable to discover whether the files within the directories even exist...

I've looked at other recent posts where the reported customer website is returning a similar message....

I suspect I'm not the only Plusnet customer experiencing this problem today...

Perhaps this can be looked into... thank you...

Sorry to hear this.

We're aware of a problem and we've raised this with the vendor yesterday for further investigation.

This is logged on our side under ref IMT-3865 and we've no updates so far.
