Problems with accessing websites

Hi all

I hope this is the right place to ask this. I have plusnet broadband, and a couple of months ago, I suddenly couldn't access a number of websites. I"m a researcher on sexuality and sex education and am suddenly unable to access perfectly legitimate sites. My assumption is that this is happening 'cause the sites  are  are classified as porn. This is also applying to tobacco websites, and some lgbt content. But I"m confused as rather than a prohibition notice, I'm getting an error message?

Its incredibly irritating and is impeding my ability to work. How do I get this block removed?  I am well over 18

I've attached the error message that I get when trying to access these sites. I've tried multiple browsers, have switched off proxies, and nothing seems to be helping.

thanks in advance

Nila

Re: Problems with accessing websites

FYI, I can access saafe.info via PN with no problems. Due to my own broadband problems, (see my post in the "fibre" section) I cannot access plus.net to see what difference turning off the safe search filter would have.

Re: Problems with accessing websites

It may be worth toggling it on, and back off again.
