Problems setting up bose sound touch speakers on plusnet

Hi,

I can set the speakers up using the app on the sky internet of my next door neighbours, no problem and have had them running in the bose shop.

When i try to set the speakers up on plusnet at home, the speakers cant access the internet through plusnet ,to set up an account to fully work the app and speakers. It just buffers on the account set up page.

Anybody got any advice please?

What model is the soundbar?

They are sound touch 10. Just made them work perfectly on another plusnet router but wont work on mine.

plusnet customer services told me to go find a " computer expert" to sort it. It would seem a problem with the router , but they wont supply another.  Plusnet said it was my problem and they dont supply expertise in this field. Charming!!!

Dont know router model. Plusnet said it was a recent one. Think its 6 months old ish.

App based, but looks pretty simple to setup!

Have now switched routers with my Mums. I could get  it to work at her house with her router, but same problem when that router is installed at my house!

Have 2 locationsin house which ive positioned router but same problem!

try  setting them up right next to your router from what you say it sounds like a wifi range problem
