Problems getting password reset.

I need help with a password to access the admin page  of my website. I have  lost the password and using the reset option does not work. I do not get any email to the email account associated with it. I contacted the help desk and they could not help me without knowing my password. The pointed me at support@just-the-name.co.uk this morning, but I subsequently fouind out that service stopped in July!!!

 

I need to get it reset do I can upload some news items.

Kind of, same site different issue. The site is now back up but I need to update it. It’s all to do with taking over the job when the last incumbent is no linger about (and the original person wh set it all up long since departed).

Hi there. If you're not receiving any e-mails from us it's likely the address we've got stored for you isn't correct.

 

I'd go through the password reset tool once more here. It should then create a closed service notice on your account which you can view here: https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search

 

From there you should be able to use the link in the service notice to reset your password. I'd then recommend making sure we've got everything correct on your account here: https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=view_details&s=0
