If you have a Domain with Plusnet beware there are problems.
I have (through my fault admittedly) lost access to my domain email.
So far it has taken four days and I still have no idea when it will be fixed.

What exactly is the problem?
Will it be hours, days, weeks before it is fixed? If I know I can make plans.
