Problem reviving missing content on website.

I have just wasted hours trying to set up the new CGI platform. The so called help files are less than helpful!
I have - at last managed to gain FTP access. As mentioned in another thread, enabling Passive FTP seems important.
However, I am unable to revive a couple of features on my website (www.walmerweb.co.uk). The website is hosted on your regular web server. The extra features worked well on the old ccgi server and  are now on the new ccgi platform.  They comprise a small app (/feed2js) that allows RSS feeds to be tailored to fit in in-line panels on the main site.
I am attempting to access the required content by calling http://ccgi.northdowns.plus.com/public/feed2js/feed2js.php..... (there's more code specific to each required RSS feed and its format - but I'm not sure you'll need that).
Merely logging onto <http://ccgi.northdowns.plus.com/> brings up your standard page to advise that no pages have been uploaded to the ccgi space. I know that! All I want is for a couple of useful services to become available by using the ccgi space!
Please advise.

Re: Problem reviving missing content on website.

The webroot for the new server is /public so that needs to be removed from the URL you posted. On the new ccgi server /public is like /htdocs on Homepages, you FTP website files into it but the folder doesn't appear in URLs.
The feed2js.php file is found if /public is removed from the URL.

Re: Problem reviving missing content on website.

Thanks for helping Spraxyt.  Removing "/public" was, as you said, the answer.
Unfortunately, the feed2js app seems to have been "broken" by PlusNet's change of CGI servers. (I suspect it's down to revising the permissions on some of the files in the app.)
For anyone else using feed2js to modify the content of  RSS feeds for inclusion on their website and having a similar problem, there's an on-line  free service at http://feed2js.org/, I've used that to provide a temporary "fix" for my own website.

This link does the same on both the new and old servers from what I can tell? Huh
