If someone sends you a private message it also appears in your email with the option of replying from your email but checking your sent messages box in the member centre there is no indication that you have replied.
Has the message actually been sent from your email address or can you only reply to private messages via your account in the members centre.

Hi @gleneagles, thanks for your post.
It's the latter - When you receive a ticket link it should redirect you to log in to the Member Centre to send your response.
