Premature end of script headers: index.php

PlusNet changed the DNS on my account to point to the CGI server. I uploaded some php files to the server (WP Install) and when i visit my website it says

Premature end of script headers: index.php

I contacted them over 2 weeks ago but they have still not resolved this issue. Surely it cant take this long to fix a simple config issue, this is a server problem isnt it?

I would say no to it been a server problem, I think your problem is with the way you have WordPress Installed on the CGI servers.

Re: Premature end of script headers: index.php

As MC says your problem is most unlikely to be a server configuration problem.
The most likely cause is explained in Item 9 of the CGI Platform PHP Upgrade FAQ. You will find links elsewhere in that FAQ to scripts that help to set file permissions correctly. However you might find that following the step-by-step guide posted here helps.
I assume the version of Wordpress you are trying to install is 3.1.4. Version 3.2 won't install without an unofficial/unsupported hack mentioned in the sticky post at the top of this forum.
