When first signed up to Plusnet our address (All Saints Parish Hall) was not listed in the postcode database. It has now been added: [Removed] but does not show up in the openreach database. We have a "silver" not a "gold" address. This is stopping a change to FTTC. We have been told PlusNet need to send an ORDI request to Openreach
