Pointing to a Weebly website

Hi All
Radio St Helier the hospital radio station for St Helier Hospital in Carshalton Surrey are trying to move to a new website hosted by Weebly but thus far we have been unable to get the site live.
The instructions from Weebly are as follows
Hello, I have purchased my domain www.radiosthelier.co.uk from you.  I have built my website on Weebly.com.  I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 199.34.228.72
This is done by changing my domain's A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers.  I want to remain with you as my domain registrar.  For more detailed information, please see http://kb.weebly.com/domain-registrar.html.
I have changed my domain panel as on the attached image as I cannot work out how to paste to the message

Both left-hand side records are missing a qualifying '.' at the end.
Delete them, and re-enter:

radiosthelier.co.uk.     A     199.34.228.72
www     A     199.34.228.72

(Note the dot after the first record but not the second.
Because your records are missing the dot, our DNS platform will see it as:

radiosthelier.co.uk.radiosthelier.co.uk     A     199.34.228.72
www.radiosthelier.co.uk.radiosthelier.co.uk ;    A     199.34.228.72

Any changes will take 24-48 hours to fully propagate.
