This has been tested, so for the avoidance of all doubt, Plusnet does not charge for calls to mobiles that you don't answer, that are not diverted.

If you're being charged then your line is connecting, probably to its voicemail.

Thanks for testing that @JonoH  Did you just test calls to PN mobile or other networks as well ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

PN, EE and Voda were tested (Thats what I had access to at the time)

FWIW called my EE mobile over 48 hours ago (unanswered) and nothing on Plusnet itemised bill.

Thought that would be the case, as like the OP I do occasionally call it to hear it ring when I've mislaid it somewhere in the house.
