Plusnet Protect - not doing manual or scheduled scan

Hi,

The "Scan Your PC" link in Plusnet Protect is not initiating a scan. The scheduled scan which I have set up is also not initiating a scan.  The "Subscription" link (the top link under Navigation is also not active. Other features appear to be working (e.g. Real Time Scanning, Firewall).

The PC is on Windows 7.

 Any help gratefully received.
