Fair point and true, a way to get in was provided. But perhaps next time Plusnet knows of an issue, a simple message on the portal might provide the workaround without customers having to find a solution through the forum. Many might not even know it exists.
This is just a gentle nudge to the Plusnet team for next time a problem surfaces, not a criticism.

Looks like the issue with the Members centre is fixed.... at least for me.

Fix was deployed in this morning's code release, so if anybody is still experiencing the problem then please shout.

Just tried in Linux and Android and both working.

Strange, @Strat - I don't get that, although I still have 'updating your account' message - from when I moved and opted for the email only account.

I get the same message on login, though I assumed that I was getting the message as I actually do have a change in progress.
