Plusnet £75 reward card in maiden name

I have just sent out for a £75 reward card for moving to full fibre. The name was still set to my maiden name. Im going to phone to change this but I have already sent off for the card.

Will I have any issues with it being in my maiden name. It's my understanding I have to sign up to purecard to activate it. Will there be an issue due to the maiden name?

Is there any reason that you could not delay phoning Plusnet to change your name, until after you have received and registered the card?

Yes but I'm just not sure how the card works. I thought i might have issues registering it. I basically have no idea how it works and don't want to mess it up.

@Cedar123 Hi, once the card has been issued it's usually Purecard that deals with everything after that point. Would you be able to give them a ring as I imagine they will have a name change policy as part of their GDPR process. Their number is 03448791069.
