Personal website down

You host my website, guter.org. All attempts to connect this morning time out. FTP is working normally. I would have raised a support ticket rather than post in the forum but I am unable to find out how to do this, despite looking round your help and support pages. I would also have been happy to do an online chat but this option is currently not available.

Yes, thanks. I have now realised that the pages actually on Plus are working, it is the forwarding from Just-the-name that seems to be broken

Looks like your domain relies on Just-The-Name's web forwarding? Checking a few other domains that are configured similarly, it looks like there may be a wider issue so our engineers are taking a look. Apologies for the inconvenience.
