When are plusnet going to update their plesk control Panel from 9.5 to something higher like 11 for there PAUH paying customers, a lot of applications will not work on the current system.

Hi there,
I'm afraid there's no plans for an upgrade at present, sorry about that. There'll certainly be a service status posted if any changes are due to be made though, you can see those at servicestatus.net.

That was my main reason for moving my sites off plusnet servers
