I've used Srif Webplus X2 to create a site, and their security tool for putting a username and password on my site (for people to access a members-only section) is too complicated, involving an e mail address and a password. I just want to put a username and password that is common to everyone. In their forum somebody said that my ISP should have a facility whereby I 'set protection to a folder then establish just one user name and password, and someone clicking the link will go to a page in the protected folder, and the request for the info will appear in a pop up window'. Does Plus Net have this facility?

Does the password protection section in http://usertools.plus.net/tutorials/id/5 help?
