Paid for domain transfer out but the IPS tag has not been changed

I'm working with a client to get them on to a proper email system and reluctantly paid your transfer out fee but the IPS tag has not been updated, we need this done urgently as they are going out of the country tomorrow.

How was this requested? I was under the impression the website automation had been removed? If you can provide me with the account details via private message then I'll have somebody take a look.
Note that for urgent requests, you're better to contact support. It's fortunate I've picked up your post as I'm not always about these parts.

My colleague phoned support with the client already and you happily took payment but as of today the IPS tag has not been changed, I have already PM'd you to domain name and client plusnet username.
