[PAYH] cant see my www

I've got 3 separate, unrelated domains hosted on the PAYH servers
1 of which has been there since PAYH was available (domain1)
1 that i have just moved from another PAYH account (domain2)
1 that i have just added (domain3)
domain1 is fine and always has been
domain2 and domain3 won't work! I added them yesterday and although the site preview and http://domain2.co.uk works fine, the www.domain2.co.uk wont work as it just displays a Plesk error page stating that if i can see this page then the domain has not been registered in Plesk.
I have raised a ticket with PlusNet but had no response!
I have added the DNS record, www CNAME domain2.co.uk.
Can anyone advise? Is it just waiting for the DNS to propogate?

Ive fixed it for you now.
If you have any problems with the PAYH service, just drop an email to support@payh.co.uk where we will be able to pick these up quicker than you raising a ticket to Plusnet for them to escalate the ticket to ourselves..
