PAYH account suspended

PAYH support have suspended my account because I have used 258MB.
My account is normally at 157MB and is hardly used.
According to my domain report there is a 101MB file in my backup repository.
This does not belong to me, I suspect Plusnet have been doing some "housekeeping".
Could someone remove this file and restore my account?
