[PAYH] Unknown MySQL server host

I am unable to access mySQL database - I am not sure if I am using the correct host name (username_db).
Could some one clarify the correst hostname on PAYH

Are you trying to access the mySQL database from a program running on PAYH or from a program running on a local PC?

it is from the PAYH server

If you go to databases under the domain you are using in Plesk it gives the server name against the database. It will be something like plesk-db01.plus.net:3306 (I don't know if there are multiple servers).

plesk-db01.plus.net seems to work.
